Ok so its a little early but please all sing along *grin* This most outstandingly beautiful vintage solid gold Rotary vintage ladies watch is the present that the BF bought for me for our year and a half together anniversary. I love Love LOVE it! It's so petite and adorable, and fits me perfectly, and i love the little routine of winding it before wearing it every day. I am SO into the vintage vibe right now, and of course jewellery and me is a long term love. Also my Mum had a solid gold watch very similar to this one that my Dad gave her when i was born, she had given it to me, along with many other of her wonderful gold pieces of jewellery, and then 2 years ago my entire jewellery box was stolen from my house with everything in it! I literally had only the few bits left i was wearing out for the evening. What upset me the most was the loss of Mum's jewellery, and so to have a watch that reminds me of that one is just so great. So its love all round and big kisses to the amazing and wonderfully thoughtful BF!!
That's a lovely watch and it's nice that everything has come full circle with this gift going a long way in putting that horrible burglary behind you. A very thoughtful BF you have got yourself there :)
