I am lucky enough to live near to the Eton College Playing Fields which as well as being the rugby pitches for the school during the winter, and the cricket pitches during the summer, are open to the public to use also. I use it as my local running track, but it's also a beautiful place for a romantic walk with your loved one :) This was 8pm last night and we are so pleased to have some sunshine and nice weather after endless endless weeks of grey clouds and rain that we didn't want to stay in and so caught the last few rays of the sun walking around the park, capturing some lens flare and the traditional old cricket scoreboards - it was "splendid" to use a quintessentially English word!!
